Yuthok’s Healing Activities is a special practice from Tibet’s great 12th century physician and meditation adept Yuthok Yönten Gönpo. It is a simple and powerful method of spiritual healing involving visualization, offering, and prayer that helps to clear away illnesses due to energetic blockages and restore health and vitality.
This box contains a deck of twenty seven cards featuring the artwork of the great thangka painter, Anna Artemyeva to be used for healing by practitioners of the Yuthok Nyingthig. Cards are accompanied by booklet containing the Yuthok Nyingthig root text and supplementary instruction based on the teachings of Dr. Nida Chenagtsang.
